A Bit About Me

My name is Rhonda (Annie) Sparks. I graduated from Lamar University. This will be my 19th year teaching. I love small towns and small schools. I am excited to be part of Johnson City School District. My pride and joy are my three adult children Cody and Sonny are college graduates, and Tori will be next college graduate in May. Currently I have no grandbabies, but maybe soon. My other baby is Shalom, a 6 year old labradoodle who recently retired as a therapy canine who worked in schools. I love coffee lattes, frappuccino, and CHOCOLATE. Really, any dessert will make me happy. Sweets are my way to be Zen. I recently moved to Texas Hill Country! I have wanted to move here for 12 years since my late brother, Tony, moved here and opened several Anytime Fitness gyms in this area. Unfortunately, my brother passed away 3 years ago, but he would be glad I have finally arrived.
